It was on the Mula-Mutha river in Pune — a river thick with sewage and industrial discharge. A place where systems fail.
So we put ours in. No grant. No approval. No institutional safety net. A working machine, and a decision to stop waiting.

Cities obsess over roads. But the water is already there — underused, uncongested, and more efficient. Moving 500 kg over 20 km:
Toronto's water routes run 30–40% shorter than their road equivalents. One vessel on the proposed Harbourfront routes: ~4 trips a day, ~1,200 a year, ~5–6 tonnes of CO₂ avoided annually. Then multiply by a fleet.
Started as a ragtag crew of Waterloo–Toronto founders racing to build a solar drone boat on a shoestring. Built through TBDC and the Velocity incubator. Taken to India because that's where the water needed it most. Now in live trials.

Jalshuddhi turns sewage into reuse-grade water on-site. Trayambakam pyrolysis turns waste into biochar, syngas, and SAF-grade bio-oil. Biochar farming sequesters 2–5 tCO₂eq/ha/yr — verified.
AquaGrid already monitors 600M+ liters of daily urban discharge in deployments with Veolia and municipal utilities. Their platform calls for robotic ground truth — Droplet is that robot.
DGCA-certified UAV manufacturer. With ECOICE, builder of the FIA QD50 heavy-lift firefighting drone — 50 kg suppressant payload at TRL 7. The same rigor now runs on water.
